Funeral services for Trelbia H. Pullen, age 71, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday, October 25, 2009 at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmie Herring and Rev. Marty Black officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday from 5-9 p.m. at Golden Funeral Home.
Mrs. Pullen, a resident of Bastrop and homemaker, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2009. She was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Horace Pullen; brothers, Bob Hunter, Billy Hunter; and parents, Modez Hunter and Charles Hunter.
Mrs. Pullen is survived by a daughter, Aleshia Pullen Coats and fiance` Victor Lee of Homer, LA; two sons, Darren Pullen and wife Margaret Pullen of Silsbee, TX, Kevin Pullen and wife Stacy McMullan Pullen of Bastrop, LA; sister, Annette Goodwin of Alabama; grandchildren, Phillip Pullen, Joeleen Pullen Turner, Lance Coats, Casey McHenry, Matthew Dane Pullen, Joseph Pullen; and great grandchildren, Krista Pullen, Alex Pullen, Taylor Redman, Cadence McHenry, Carter Wilson, and Claire Wilson.
Serving as pallbearers are: Phillip Pullen, Lance Coats, Matthew Dane Pullen, Joseph Pullen, Jimmy Wallace and David "Junior" Poole.
