Graveside services for Mrs. Lillian Kathleen Young, 98, of Bastrop, LA are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Monday June 12, 2006 at Christ Church Cemetery with Father Roy Myers officiating under the direction of Golden Funeral Home.
Mrs. Young, a retired nurse and member of Christ Episcopal Church, passed away Friday June 9, 2006. She enjoyed quilting, working with her flowers especially, roses and camelias, and she was also an excellent artist.
Mrs. Young is survived by two daughters, Barbara D. Street of Bastrop, LA, Dolores D. Kyser of Bastrop, LA and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Al A. Young and daughter, Betty D. Daniels.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Sunday June 11, 2006 at Golden Funeral Home.
