Obituary of Charley H. Kindrix

Funeral services for Mr. Charley H. Kindrix, age 80, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday June 14, 2006 at the Golden Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Norman John Kindrix and Rev. Roy Lee Kindrix officiating. Interment will follow in Redwing Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. at Goldens. Mr. Kindrix, a resident of Bastrop, passed away Sunday June 11, 2006 at Morehouse General Hospital. He was a retired employee of International Paper Company and attended Lakeside Assembly of God Church. He is preceded in death by his wife, Birdie Bell Kindrix. Mr. Kindrix is survived by three daughters, Linda Hill of Bastrop, Wanda Kindrix Reamer & husband Mark of Hooks, TX, Millicent Dawn Kindrix of Bastrop; son, Larry Charley Kindrix of Bastrop; eight grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Serving as pallbearers will be Denzil Sumrall, Gary Hughes, Jerry Sullivan, Troy Sullivan, Walter Boyd, Buck Archer and Brian Archer.
