Obituary of Wanda Windham

Funeral services for Mrs. Wanda Sue Nelson Craig Windham, age 70, of Sterlington, LA will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, January 4, 2010 at Paron Baptist Church with Rev. Jarrod Hawthorne officiating. Interment will follow at Harper Springs Cemetery in Huttig, AR under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Windham, a homemaker, beautician, and a resident of Sterlington, passed away Friday, January 1, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital. She was a member of Paron Baptist Church. Mrs. Windham is preceded in death by her parents, John Lee Nelson and Eloise Fike Nelson; husbands, Jimmie Craig and Bill Windham; daughter, Kelly Craig Blakely; sister, Lanell Nelson Andrews. Mrs. Windham is survived by daughters, Katrina of Houston TX, Pat Dry and husband Mike of Conway, AR; son, Mitch Craig and wife Monica of Sterlington, LA; brother, John Fike Nelson and wife Kathleen of Huttig, AR; grandchildren, Stephanie Craig, Kirsty Craig, Tyler Craig, Laken Blakely, Luke Tucker, Autumn Tucker. Serving as pallbearers will be Eric Nelson, Stacy Savage, John Mark Little, Curly Little, Stan Thomas, Dale Andrews. Honorary pallbearers are Darrell Robertson and Mike Dry. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Sunday, January 3, 2010 at Golden Funeral Home.
