Obituary of Elizabeth Pendleton Holland

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Pendleton Holland, 85, of Bastrop, LA, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday, January 18, 2010 at Christ Church Cemetery with Father Ned Head officiating. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Sunday at Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Holland, a retired bookkeeper for MCIO Headstart and member of Christ Episcopal Church, passed away Thursday, January 14, 2010 at Morehouse General Hospital. She loved her church and enjoyed painting and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mrs. Holland is survived by three daughters, Robin Hendershot and husband Ford of Idabel, OK, Dawn Dardeau of Mobile, AL, Jennifer Outlaw Stanley and husband Tarrell of Bastrop, LA; son, Pinge Pendleton of Jonestown, TX; sister, Evelyn Leonard of Dearborn, MI; five grandchildren, Madeleine Dardeau of Portland, OR, Andre` Dardeau of New Orleans, LA, William Pendleton of Shreveport, LA, Curtis Outlaw and wife Stephanie of Pioneer, LA; five great grandchildren, Baylee, Daniel, Dakota and Dawson Outlaw, Chloe Lawrence and a special cousin, Bill Simmons of Baton Rouge, LA. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gene Holland.
