Obituary of Elsie "Bee" Margaret Garrett Little

Funeral services for Mrs. Elsie "Bee" Margaret Garrett Little are scheduled for 12 noon Saturday, February 20, 2010 at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Loveday officiating. Interment will follow in Carter Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 6-9 p.m. at Golden Funeral Home.
Mrs. Little, age 86, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at Morehouse General Hospital. She was a homemaker and a former employee of J.C. & Mary's Truck Stop on the Mer Rouge Hwy.
Mrs. Little is preceded in death by her parents, William "Bosh" and Victoria Garrett; husband, Shelby Little; brothers, Boyd Garrett, Lewis "Pinkie" Garrett, Elmer Garrett, Grady Garrett, Ralph Garrett; and sisters, Edna "Jenny" Moore, Mary Evelyn "Tiny" Lamb, Edith "Tommie" Domino, Dorothy Elaine Smith; and great grandson, Zachary McGee.
She is survived by her daughter, Sherry McGee of Bastrop; her son, Ralph Little of Bastrop; seven grandchildren, Daren McGee, Brent McGee, Shane McGee, Tammy Little, Daniel Little, Shelby Little, Christopher Little; ten great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; special friends, J.C. & Mary Anderson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers will be Edward Jones, Robert Garrett, Mike Adair, Jerry Don Moore, Don Johnston, and Jared Robinson.
