Graveside service for Mr. Clayton "Bud" Rogers, 85, of Bastrop, LA are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 1, 2006 at Stevenson Cemetery with Rev. Billy Stewart officiating.
Mr. Rogers, a retired Millwright, passed away Friday, July 28, 2006.
He is survived by his wife Opal Rogers; a son, Clifton Rogers and his wife Saithong; granddaughter, Cynthia Rogers; four sisters, Ruth Laing, Edna Farrar, Marie Cooley, Ruby Linzay and one brother, Alfred Rogers.
Mr. Rogers is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Rogers; a brother, Bill Rogers and sister, Mildred Laing.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 31, 2006 from 8 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. at Golden Funeral Home.
