A memorial service for Joe Leroy Todd, age 58, will be held at Second Baptist Church in Bastrop at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 10, 2006. Mr. Todd, a resident of Bastrop, passed away July 31, 2006. He was retired from the construction business. He is survived by seven children, Stephanie, Jonica, Larry, Joe Jr., James, Samantha, & Cara; two sisters, Barbara & Betty; brother, Jeffrey. He is preceded in death by a sister, Jackie.
