Obituary of Carolyn Kimball

Funeral services for Mrs. Carolyn Kimball, age 76, of Bastrop, LA are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday, March 28, 2010 at Central Church of Christ with Mr. Waymon Swain and Mr. Dennis Kimball officiating. Interment will follow in Antioch Cemetery (Spearsville). Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday, March 27, 2010 at Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Kimball, a retired beautician and active member of Central Church of Christ passed away, Friday, March 26, 2010 at Morehouse General Hospital. Her Church was her heart and she enjoyed playing cards and dominos with close friends. She was a loving mother and grandmother, and really enjoyed playing with her great grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, T.G. Kimball; daughter, Kim Cloesner and husband Dan of Jonesville, LA; two sons, Kenny Kimball and wife Ann of Bastrop, LA, Dennis Kimball and wife Kathy of Brownsville, TX; two sisters, Sue Alderman and husband Lanell of Rayville, LA, Eloise Fortenberry and husband Stan of Calhoun, LA; six Grandchildren, Chris Kimball, DeAnn Morris, Chad Kimball, Nathan Cloesner, Erin Baxter, Hanah Cloesner and four great grandchildren, Ella Morris, Hiram Baxter, Titan Kimball and Emma Cloesner. Mrs. Kimball is preceded in death by her parents, E.C. and Ruby Hollis and a sister Beth Tucker.
