A memorial service for Lester Shaye Braddock will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Kevin Sanders officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 1-2 p.m.
Shaye, age 28 and a resident of Bastrop, passed away Friday, April 2, 2010. He was a member of New Friendship Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his father, Lester Lonn Braddock; grandfather, Robert Lester Braddock; grandmother, Ruth F. Braddock; and grandfather, Fales Spikes.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Ester Braddock Johnson and James F. Johnson; grandmother, Alice Spikes Hinton; step-sister, Selena Meyers; and three aunts and one uncle.
