Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Doris Perot, age 85, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday, April 12, 2010 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Eric Hodge officiating. Visitation will be held Monday from 10 a.m. - 12 noon at Golden Funeral Home.
Mrs. Perot, a resident of Bastrop, passed away Friday, April 9, 2010 at Morehouse General Hospital. She was a homemaker and member of Oak Hill Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John A. Perot; son, Aubrey Lockwood; parents, Aubrey Belton and Cora Belle Grafton; brother, Aubrey Belton Grafton, Jr.; and sister, Marie Franks.
Mrs. Perot is survived by two daughters, Margaret Wilson and husband Roger of Crossett, AR, Charlotte Walker and husband Harry of Crossett, AR; son, Charlie Lockwood, Jr. and wife Sandra of Crossett, AR; seven grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
