Obituary of Mary Frances Watts

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Frances Watts, age 76, of Bastrop, LA are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday, July 22, 2010 at the Chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Mr. Huey H. Hughes officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Wednesday at Golden Funeral Home.
Mrs. Watts, a homemaker and member of The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at Morehouse General Hospital. She was an avid gardener and often had neighbors to come by and look at her yard.
She is survived by her husband, Walter L. Watts; two daughters, Barbara Carroll and husband Charles of Calhoun, LA, Vickie Thurmon and husband William of Swartz, LA; son, Robert Watts and wife Kathy of Texarkana, TX; sister, Marie Fowler of Oak Grove, LA; eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Mrs. Watts is preceded in death by her parents, Rufus and Geneva Mayhall; one sister and five brothers.
Serving as pallbearers are: Timothy Carroll, Brad Watts, Kary Carroll, Steven Dickman, Benjamin Watts and Anthony Watts.
Honorary pallbearers are: Jason McClary and Beau Robertson.
