A memorial service for Mrs. Hazel McCready Knight, age 78, has been scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday November 21, 2006 at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Bonita Cemetery. Mrs. Knight, a homemaker, passed away Friday November 17, 2006 at St. Francis North Hospital. She was a resident of Bastrop and a member of New Life Tabernacle Church.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Ralph Knight; daughters, Patricia Ann Kemp, Bliss Jeanine Bonsack & husband Rodney; sons, Ricky Lynn Knight & wife Tami; Jackie Lee Knight & wife Cynthia; sisters, Mary Spruill, Jolene Roper,Ginn Strickland, Nell Nightingale; brothers, Ralph McCready, Orvel Lee McCready; twenty grandchildren; and fifteen great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James Hollis McCready and Lea Ramsey McCready; grandchild, Tricia Kemp; brothers, Bert McCready, David McCready, and Kenneth McCready.
Hazel was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She will be missed very much.
