Funeral services for Mrs. Audrey Norman McIntyre Gagnon, 84, of Bastrop, LA, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, November 25, 2006 at the Chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Bro. Cal Adams officiating. Interment will follow at the Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery near Haile, La.
Mrs. Gagnon, a native of Baskin, La., member of Cherry Ridge Baptist Church and the Town and Country Family Homemakers, passed away, Friday, November 24, 2006 at the Le Grande Health Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was a loving mother, wife and friend.
She is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Bostick and husband Bardell; three sons, Kary Wayne McIntyre and wife Marsha, Gary Lane McIntyre and wife Pat, Roger Alan McIntyre and wife Cathy; step daughter, Toni Carter and husband Steve; step son, Dr. Gregory Gagnon and wife Ellen; sisters in-law, Dorothy Norman, Kazea Norman Thomas, Mazie McIntyre Greenwood; brother in law, Jay McIntyre; twelve grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and a large number of nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Gagnon is preceded in death by : husbands, Frellson Aubrey McIntyre, Ernest O'Neal McIntyre, and Omer Augusta Gagnon; parents, Levi Parks and Lilla Dale Norman; sisters, Ruby Lee, Leola Cook, Retha Norman and brothers, Ray, Paul, Fred, Don and Oscar Norman.
Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until service time Saturday at Golden Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Cherry Ridge Baptist Church.
