Obituary of Linda Renee Hunt

Funeral services for Mrs. Linda Renee Hunt, 52, of Bastrop, La. are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at Faith Baptist Church with Rev. Vic Carter officiating. Interment will follow in the Bonne Idee Cemtery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Hunt, a retired senior care aide from Morehouse General Hospital, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2007 at her residence. She is survived by her husband, Dale Hunt; mother, Jean Pennington of Bastrop, LA; three daughters, Paula Lebrun of Bastrop, LA, Danielle Johnson of Bastrop, LA, Kasie Gilliam of Bastrop, LA.; five sisters, Liz Willis of Mer Rouge, LA, Minnie Coker of Shreveport, LA, Donna Gilliam Bastrop, LA, Margaret Sanchez of Little Rock, AR, Paulette Odom of Bastrop, LA; brother, Buddy Gilliam of Dermott, AR; six grandchildren, Tori Johnson, Dillon Johnson and Hannah Johnson, Christian Ramphrey, Christopher Ramphrey, Jr. and Daniel Buffington. Mrs. Hunt is preceded in death by her father, Bully Gilliam. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church. Serving as honorary pallbearers are Chris Ramphrey, Steve Buffington and David Hodges.
