Obituary of Rachel McGowen Stevenson Willis

Mrs. Rachel McGowen Stevenson Willis, age 75, passed away March 11, 2007 at LSU Medical Center in Shreveport. A private service will be held and interment will be in Oak Ridge Baptist Cemetery with Rev. Claud Hughes officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Willis was a retired LPN and a resident of Ruston, though originally from Oak Ridge. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ben & Lillie McGowen; and sister, Marie Young. Mrs. Willis is survived by her husband, Prentiss Willis; daughter, Markaye Latuso & husband Larry of Baton Rouge; son, Henry E. Stevenson, Jr. & wife Cathy of Oak Ridge; five grandchildren, Steven Latuso, Lori Latuso, Ryan Latuso, Courtney Stevenson, and Andrew Stevenson. Memorials may be made to the Oak Ridge Methodist Church or the charity of your choice.
