Obituary of Tammy Rena Lee Wolfe Thornton

Funeral services for Mrs. Tammy Rena Lee Wolfe Thornton, age 43, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Chad Ballard officiating. Interment will follow in Loch Arbor Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday from 5-8 p.m. at Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Thornton, a resident of Bastrop, passed away Saturday, January 1, 2011. She had worked as a data entry clerk at Industrial Valve Company. She was a member of Greenacres Baptist Church and a member of the Eastern Star Sunny South Chapter #12. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Frank and Gladys Boyte, Delmar Lee, and Kate and Nick Anders. Mrs. Thornton is survived by her husband, Tommy Thornton, Jr. of Bastrop, LA; daughter, Tina Marie Wolfe of Bastrop, LA; son, Jerry Lynn Wolfe of Bastrop, LA; parents, Oma Frank Lee and Nancy Lee of Bastrop, LA; two sisters, Becky White and husband Ronny of Bastrop, LA, Fran Kitchens and husband Leo of Swartz, LA; nieces and nephews, Donovan White, Erin White, Katelyn Kitchens, and John Frank Kitchens. Serving as pallbearers will be Jeremy McCaa, Gerald Gates, Will Freeland, Tommy Freeland, Jay Sims, Mike Woods, Shane Malone, Kenny McCaa, and Richard Boyte.
