Mr. Donald Ray Aldridge, age 61, of Bastrop, LA passed away Saturday, April 2, 2011 at his residence. He was a retired brick mason and U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam war.
Mr. Aldridge is survived by his sister, Deborah Milam and husband Dennis of Bastrop, LA; three aunts, Joyce Smithson and husband E.G. of North Carolina, Samlee Armitage and husband Tom of Georgia, Elizabeth "Beth" Lowenthal and husband Robert of Alabama; niece, Katie Bayless; nephews, Matthew Milam and wife Morgan, Daniel Milam and wife Tiffany; great nieces and great nephews, Kievan James Bayless, Hayleige Bayless, Madison Milam, Casey Ruffin, Parker Milam and Evan Milam.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James Clarence and Evelyn Sanders Aldridge and a son, Donald Ray Aldridge II.
The family will conduct private burial services at Carter Cemetery.
