Graveside services for Beatrice "Bea" Woodson Scott, age 77, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 20, 2004, at Christ Church Cemetery with Rev. Lynn Townsend officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, from 6 - 8pm, and Wednesday from 10 - 12 at Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Scott, a resident of Bastrop, died Monday October 18, 2004, at Morehouse General Hospital. She was a retired employee of International Paper Company Bag-Pac in Mobile, AL., and a member of Antioch Baptist Church.
She is survived by her nieces & nephews, Linda Adcock, Brenda Sistrunk, Connie Aud, Sharon Hart, Buddy Woodson, Donald Woodson, Robert Woodson, Bruce Woodson, Steve Woodson and David Woodson; two sisters-in-law, Hilda Woodson and Francis Woodson; several great nieces & nephews, and great great nieces & nephews; and many special friends.
Mrs. Scott is preceded in death by her husband, Glen Scott; parents, Thurston & Christine Woodson; and three brothers, R.D. Woodson, Billy Woodson and Donald Woodson.
Serving as pallbearers will be Roger Andrews, Jeremy Andrews, Christopher Andrews, and Matthew Andrews.
