Funeral services for Lillian K. Carr, 73, of Bastrop will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, March 26,2004 at the Golden Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. James Andrews and Allan Eppinette officiating. Burial will follow in the Bartholomew Cemetery. Mrs. Carr died March 23,2004 at Cherry Ridge Guest Care Center in Bastrop.
She is survived by three daughters, Kathy Sims of Bastrop, Loyce Mays and husband Kenneth of Bastrop, Debra May and husband Yancy of Bastrop; one son, Jack Carr,Jr. and wife Gloria of Fort Worth,Tx.; one brother, Jimmy Durbin of Leesville,Tx.; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.Mrs. Carr is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Carr; daughter, Susie Lucille Carr and a son, George Carr.
Mrs. Carr is member of Mer Rouge Rd. Pentecostal Church. Serving as pallbearers are Bobby May, Roger May, Billy May, Glenn Bryan, Harvey Ramshur III, Zane Graves. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Golden Funeral Home.
