Obituary of Helen Elizabeth Baggarly

Funeral services for Helen Elizabeth Lyles Baggarly, 88, of Bastrop, are scheduled for 10 AM Saturday, April 23, 2011 in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Dr. L. H. McCollough officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Baggarly, a homemaker, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2011 in Fort Worth, Tx. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Bastrop where she taught Sunday school for over 40 years. Mrs. Baggarly was also a charter member of the Morehouse General Hospital Ladies' Auxiliary and served for 20 years.
She is survived by a daughter, Linda Baggarly Moore and husband Gary of Ft. Worth, TX; son, Scott Baggarly and wife Robin of Bastrop, LA; sister, Doris Davidson; three sisters-in-law, Opal Lyles, Millie Lyles, Jackie Lyles; two grandchildren, Meredith Baggarly, Tyler Moore and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Baggarly is preceded in death by her husband, William Lloyd Baggarly; parents, Willie and Ada Lyles; siblings, Lucille Frasier, Howard Lyles, Tom Lyles, Trudy Rinehart, and Willie Lyles, Jr.
Serving as pallbearers are: Gale Garrett, Rick Hixon, Gary Moore, Tyler Moore, Hal Robinson and Brian Shoemaker.
Honorary pallbearers are: Bill Ferschoff, C.L. Givens and Jerry Ball.
Visitation will be held Friday, April 22, 2011 from 5 PM until 8 PM at Golden Funeral Home.
