Funeral services for Mrs. Lou Neighbors, age 59, of Monroe, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday January 19, 2005 at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home in Bastrop with Rev. Emily Winbery officiating. Burial will follow in the LA-ARK Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday at Goldens from 6-8 p.m. Mrs. Neighbors, a homemaker, died Sunday January 16, 2005 at Glenwood Medical Center.
Mrs. Neighbors is survived by her husband, Robert Don Neighbors; mother, Nonnie Taylor of Jones; children, Sonya Greer & husband Bruce of Downsville, Corbett Gill of Bossier City, Dallas Gill of Lake Charles, Cindy Murray & husband Jerry of Memphis, TX, and Leslie McGee of Memphis, TX; grandchildren, Caitlen Hinton of Downsville, Michael Spry of Guyman, OK, Jason Spry of Oklahoma City, OK, Jordan McGee of Dallas, TX, Jacob Aguire of Dallas, TX; great grandchild, Braelyn Spry; brothers & sisters, Cecil Thomas of Hamburg, AR, Betty Winters of West Monroe, Shirley Hatfield of Beekman, Voncil Trichell of Monroe, Charles Ray Taylor of Bastrop, and Donnie Taylor of Ava, MO.
Serving as pallbearers will be Kyle Johnson, Kris Johnson, Tracy White, David Trichell, Steve Bass and Ben Laney.
