Graveside funeral services for Wanda Sue Bennett Fatheree, age 69, are scheduled for 5 p.m. Wednesday June 20, 2007 at Halls Cemetery with Bro. Joey Kennedy officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening at Golden Funeral Home from 6-9 p.m.
Ms. Fatheree, a homemaker and resident of Bastrop, passed away Monday June 18, 2007 at Morehouse General Hospital. She is preceded in death by husband, Rassie Eugene Fatheree; parents, Clyde Bennett and Fanny Mae Bennett; daughter, Marilyn Sue Buchanan; son, Danny Fatheree; two sisters, Margaret Busby & Erma Yarburough.
She is survived by two daughters, Tammy and Judy; four sons, Roy, Robert, David, and Ronnie; special friends, Bobby Pardue and Anna Belle West; five sisters, Betty Jean, Francis, Gerry, Claudia, and Geneva; three brothers, Elmer, W.C., and Jimmy Don; twenty one grandchildren, Shannon, Kristy, Debbie, Leeann, Joe, Tiffany, Sherri, Damon, Ricky, Ted, Corey, Misty, Mark, Timothy, Matthew, Kimberly, Stephanie, Alicia, Rassie, Renee, Jessica; and a host of great grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers will be grandsons, Ted, Corey, Joe, and Shannon.
