Obituary of Ralph Dewayne Yarbrough

Funeral services for Mr. Ralph Dewayne Yarbrough, 76, of Bastrop, LA are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 26, 2007 at the Chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Ingram and Dr. L.H. McCollough officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Yarbrough, the retired owner of Yarbrough Air Conditioning and Refrigeration passed away June 23, 2007 at St. Francis Specialty Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was employed with Green Bros. Dairy for 25 years and was a member of First Baptist Church (Bastrop). Mr. Yarbrough is survived by his wife Geraldine C. Yarbrough; son, Steve Yarbrough and wife Judy of Bastrop, LA, two daughters, Sandra Harper and husband Gary of Bastrop, LA, Brenda Rallinson and husband Sam of Bastrop, LA; two sisters, LaNell Biggs and husband Dennis of Bryant, AR, Louise Johnston and husband George of Dallas, TX; brother, Ray Yarbrough and wife Mary Sue of Bastrop, LA; six grandchildren, Brandon Yarbrough and wife Jerri, Jennifer Hughes and husband Allen, Kris Rallinson and wife Sandi, Brian Harper, Regan Yarbrough and fiance' Holly, Kurt Rallinson; eight great grandchildren, Haley, Lexie, Cameron, Evan, Brady, Dylan, Colby, and Adin. He is preceded in death by his wife Betty J. Yarbrough; father, Steve Yarbrough mother, Lillian Yarbrough Wilhite and a brother, Roy Yarbrough. Serving as pallbearers will be Deacons of First Baptist Church. Honorary pallbearer is Dr. Carter Cox. The family expresses special thanks to the doctors of Renal Associates, the nurses and staff of Bastrop Dialysis for their loving care and the nurses at the St. Francis Specialty Hospital 7th floor. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday, June 25, 2007 at Golden Funeral Home.
