Obituary of Herman Coleman

Graveside funeral services for Herman Coleman, age 65, are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Monday July 2, 2007 at Bonita Cemetery with Rev. Allan Eppinette officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday from 4-7 p.m. at Golden Funeral Home. Mr. Coleman, a retired truck driver and resident of Bonita, passed away Saturday June 30, 2007 at St. Francis Medical Center. He is preceded in death by his mother, Bertha Kilcrease Coleman; father, Eurie Coleman; brothers, Eurie Coleman, Jr., John D. Coleman, Hersey Coleman, James Louis Coleman, and Willie Lee Coleman. He is survived by daughters, Tammy Coleman Wilson & husband Vic of Indianapolis, IN, Laney Coleman of Indianapolis, IN, Lori Coleman of Indianapolis, IN; brothers, Fay Coleman & wife Peggy of Bastrop, LA, Ellis "Hoot" Coleman of Bonita, LA, Larry Wayne "Chubby" Coleman & wife Jimmie of Bastrop, LA; sister, Loula Mae Coleman Vines of Angleton, TX; five grandchildren; one great grandchild; numerous nieces & nephews; and best friend, Darrell Summarell. Serving as pallbearers will be Bill Bunch, Rodney Coleman, DeWayne Hogan, Mark Coleman, Danny Coleman, and Desmond Trichell. Honorary pallbearers will be Tab Coleman, Darrell Summarell, David Hogan, and Cody Hogan.
