Obituary of Chris Cook

Funeral services for Chris Cook,age 21,of Ruston, will be at 10:00 AM Thursday April 22, 2004, at the Golden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. William Fowler officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Wednesday April 21 at Golden Funeral Home from 5-9 PM. Chris died Sunday April 18, 2004, in Lincoln Parish. He is survived by his Mother, Gloria Hofford and husband Wayne of Ruston ; Father, Johnny Cook of Bastrop; Grandparents, Nan Bolton of Bastrop and J.P. and Jo Cook of Bastrop;Two Sisters, Amy Jones and husband Russell of Bastrop and Rebecca Hofford of Ruston; Brother, Patrick Hofford of Ruston; Nephew, Jeffrey Jones; Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends; Girlfriend, Carlie Richardson of Ruston. Pallbearers wil be Matt Roberts, Dustin Richardson, Jacob Richardson, Joey West, Jeremy West, and Brandon Mason. Honorary Pallbearers will be Patrick Hofford, Justin Battorton and Tres Lowery. Chris was a member of the Church of the Apostles in Ruston. He also loved music and skateboarding. He is preceded in death by his Grandfather, Henry Bolton and Brother Jeff Brasher.
