Frances and my mother, the late Louise Wooden Bilbrey, were best friends from 1st grade until Mama's death in 1988. Frances also married my Mama's cousin, Jack. I will miss her sweet spirit and her laugh. Jack, Linda Gail, Roger Dale, Jackie and family, you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Frances was my mother's (Louise Wooden Bilbrey) best friend from 1st grade until mama's death in 1988. She also happened to marry mama's favorite cousin, Jack Wooden. I don't think I ever heard Frances say a negative thing about anyone. I'll miss her laugh and her sweet spirit.
