Obituary of Grace Lewis Wiggins

Funeral services for Mrs. Grace Lewis Wiggins, age 72, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 12, 2011 in the Chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff May and Rev. Mike Loveday officiating. Interment will follow in Carter Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Wiggins, a resident of Bastrop and a homemaker passed away Thursday, November 10, 2011 at her residence. Mrs. Wiggins was preceded in death by her husband, Utah Wiggins; two sons, Mike Wiggins, Craig Wiggins; two grandsons, Wesley Blake, Brandon Wateman; mother, Oda Lewis; four sisters and one brother. Mrs. Wiggins is survived by one daughter, Ouida Wiggins and husband Larry of Bastrop, LA; two daughters-in-law, Ann Wiggins of Marshall, TX, Sarah Morman of Monroe, LA; three grandchildren, Justin Wiggins and wife Madison of Marshall, TX, Samantha Lingefelt and husband Jeff of Monroe, LA, Rachael Gore and husband David of West Monroe, LA; and two great grandchildren, Makayla Gore, Jack-Henry Lingefelt; and two special friends, Barbara Harrington and Doris Houck. Serving as pallbearers will be Wesley Gray, Hardy Gunter, Gerald Massey, Eric Turner, and Jeremy Black. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Oser and Clifton Bryant. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
