Ms. Sylvia Steed Landry passed away on February 28, 2012 at the home of her granddaughter, Nicole Evans in Bastrop, LA.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Marcus and Hazel Steed of East Texas and her oldest grandson, CPL Jacob H. Neal.
Ms. Landry is survived by one brother, John Steed of Orlando, FL; one daughter, Judy Neal of Converse, TX; three grandchildren, Nicole Evans of Bastrop, LA, Alicia Hernandez of Bunkie, LA, Jason Neal and his wife Kayla of Hunstville, TX; seven great grandchildren, J.J., Kala, and Valerie of Crockett, TX, Mariah Holmes and Michael Shane Evans of Bastrop, LA, Jacob and Adrian Neal of Huntsville, TX.
