Obituary of Mary Theresa DeBlieux

Funeral services for Mary Theresa DeBlieux, age 73, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, September 1, 2007 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Dariusz Pawlowski officiating. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Golden Funeral Home Friday from 5-9 p.m. with a rosary service at 4:30 p.m. Mrs. DeBlieux, a homemaker, passed away Thursday, August 30, 2007 at St. Francis North Medical Center. She was a resident of Bastrop and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She is preceded in death by her father, Camille Boze; mother, Mildred Patterson; sons, Jon C. DeBlieux, Donald J. DeBlieux; and grandson, Anthony V. DeBlieux. She is survived by her husband, James C. DeBlieux; six daughters, Janice DeBlieux of St. Amant, LA, Elizabeth DeBlieux of Bastrop, LA, Terri Stephens & husband Darryl of Montgomery, AL, Amy Ederington & husband Samuel of Bastrop, LA, Carol Rodgers & husband Randy of Bastrop, Jamie Rainbolt & husband Bartly of Bastrop, LA; sister, Lulu Mae Kihnel of New Orleans, LA; fourteen grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. Serving as pallbearers will be David J. Bagwell, Dan Kihnel, Charlie Kihnel, Glen Hendrix, Steve Stephenson, and Jerry Honeycutt. Honorary pallbearers will be James Lamar DeBlieux, Jospeh Ederington, Trevor Rodgers, and Cody Bagwell.
