Funeral services for Mrs. Carlea Stevenson Hutto, age 98, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 3, 2007, at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Lamar Carpenter officiating. Interment will follow in Beekman Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday morning from 9-11 a.m. at Golden Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hutto, a resident of Pineville, LA, formerly of Bastrop, passed away Monday, October 1, 2007, at Hilltop Nursing Home in Pineville. She was a homemaker and a member of Beekman Methodist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Hutto; parents, Sam Stevenson and Lizzie Seal Stevenson; brother, Guy Stevenson; and sisters, Cloris Powell and Iris Farrar Taylor.
She is survived by nieces & nephews, Maxine Perritt & husband Randolph of Crossett, AR; Ruth Rawls Lawson of Little Rock, AR; Steve Farrar & wife Helen of Huntsville, TX; and Karin Cripps & husband Darrell of Pineville, LA; fourteen great nieces & great nephews; and many great great nieces and great great nephews.
