Obituary of Lucile Ariel Wynn Carter

Funeral services for Lucile Ariel Wynn Carter will be held Thursday, May 27, 2005 at Riverside Baptist Church with Brother Scott Petrus officiating. Visitation will begin at 1:00 in the church sanctuary with the funeral to begin at 2:00. Interment will follow in the Christ Church Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Carter, a native of Brandon, Mississippi, died Wednesday, May 25,2005 at home after a lengthy illness. She was a long time member of Riverside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen B. "Bud" Carter, Jr. and an infant son. She is survived by two daughters, Beverly Parker and husband Mike of Bastrop, Margaret Wynn and husband Mickey of Monroe, a son, Homer Carter and wife Linda of Bryant, Arkansas, a sister, Edna Wynn White of Jackson, Mississippi, 9 grandchildren, Gina Downs, Amy Hoover, Michael Parker, Holly Gay, Jonathan Parker, Robby Sanders, Bryan Carter, Wendy Langley, Kelly McElhaney, and 13 great grandchildren. The family requested that memorials be made to Riverside Baptist Church or your favorite charity. Pallbearers will be members of Riverside Baptist Church.
