Funeral services for Omie Cain Lowrey, 87, of Bastrop, will be Monday, June 27, 2005 at 4 PM at Golden Funeral Home Chapel, with the Revs. Douglas Edwards & Cal Adams officiating. Interment will follow at Causey Cemetery.
Ms. Lowrey, a homemaker died Saturday, June 25, 2005 at the Cherry Ridge Guest Care Center. She was an active member of Eastmont Baptist Church in Montgomery, AL for 50 years, and a present member of Cherry Ridge Baptist Church.
Ms. Lowery is survived by a sister, Louise Coody of Bastrop; a special nephew Charles Coody & his wife Becky of Bastrop; and a host of other neices & nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Lowrey; and by her parents.
Pallbearers will be the deacons of Cherry Ridge Baptist Church.
Visitation will be held Sunday, June 26, 2005 at Golden Funeral Home from 6 - 8 PM.
