Funeral services for Barbara J. Hadley, 72, of Bastrop, will be 2 PM Sunday, July 10, 2005 at Golden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Wright officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Hadley, a private personal sitter, died Thursday, July 7, 2005 at North Monroe Medical Center.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Willie & Linnie Russell; a son, Robert Washington; and 2 great grandchildren, Bailey Toler and Ricky Curry.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Reynolds & husband Byron of Bastrop; sister, Willie Sue Hink of Satsuma, AL; brother, Glen Russell & wife Frances of Bastrop; 3 step-sisters, Elizabeth Lewis & husband J.C. of Kansas City, KS, Aleene Fitcher and Sarah Jackson both of Sydney, Iowa; 3 step-brothers, John Boykin & wife Ann of Tyler, TX, Cecil Boykin & wife Betty of Pearland, TX, Pete Boykin & wife Phyllis of Washington, D.C.; 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 9, 2005 from 5 - 9 PM at Goldens.
