Funeral services for Mr. David Riley Gross, 83, of Bastrop, LA are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday, December 3, 2007 at Bonita Road Baptist Church with Rev. Marty Black officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Gross, a retired employee of International Paper Company and member of Bonita Road Baptist Church passed away Friday, November 30, 2007 at Cherry Ridge Guest Care.
He is survived by his wife Velma Gross; daughter, Kim Kline and husband Scott of Minnesota; two sons, Doug Gross of Mena, AR, Kerry Gross of Mena, AR; step daughter, Sharon Bostick and husband Ferrell of Sterlington, LA; sister, Onita Green of Sterlington, LA; brother, William Gross of Bastrop, LA; three grandchildren, Cody Kline, Jarred Kline, Jada Kline; step grandchildren, Richard Bostick, Christopher Bostick and wife Katie, Shirley Bostick; and three step great grandchildren, Rick Lee Bostick, Nicholas Bostick and Tanner Cole Bostick.
Mr. Gross is preceded in death by a son, Donny Gross.
Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday at Golden Funeral Home.
