Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Jo H. Andrews, age 90, of Livermore, California, formerly of Bastrop, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 14, 2012, at Bartholomew Cemetery with Pastor John Leach officiating. Visitation for immediate family will be held on Sunday, October 14, 2012 prior to service at Golden Funeral Home.
Mrs. Andrews, a retired employee with the State of Louisiana and member of the Catholic faith, passed away Saturday, September 29, 2012 in California.
She is survived by two daughters, Donna S. Leach of Pueblo, Colorado, and Keri Hooper and husband Bill of Fallon, Nevada; two sons, Wayne Andrews and wife Elizabeth of Katy, Texas, and John Andrews and wife Gerry of Livermore, California; 12 grandchildren, Stephanie Andrews, Joshua Andrews, Sarah Andrews, John Leach, Steve Leach, Chad Leach, Kristina Walker, Keirsten Belden, Rusty Belden, Wayne Andrews, Jr., Lisa Davis, Jeffrey Andrews; 18 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren.
Mrs. Andrews is preceded in death by her husband, William R. Andrews, her mother, Myra Smith, and her grandson, Capt. Robert Andrews.
