Graveside funeral services for Mr. Jerry McDaniel, age 66, of Bastrop are scheduled for 3 PM Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at Liberty Cemetery, Linville, LA with Rev. Jerry Fletcher officiating under the direction of Golden Funeral Home.
Mr. McDaniel, a farmer, passed away Sunday, October 14, 2012.
He is survived by his longtime companion, Carol Johnston; three brothers, Jimmy Don McDaniel of Bastrop, LA, Danny McDaniel and wife Lana of Mer Rouge, LA, Rodney McDaniel of Columbia, LA; uncle, Hersey Goodwin and wife Rose; aunts, Evelyn Goodwin and Linda McDaniel and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mr. McDaniel is preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Juanita McDaniel.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 17, 2012 from 12 noon - 2 PM at Golden Funeral Home.
