Funeral services for Mrs. Joyce Jenice Mosley Andrews, age 75, will be held 2 p.m. Monday, November 5, 2012, at First Assembly of God, with Rev. Marvin Tabora and Rev. David Sistrunk officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. Sunday at First Assembly of God.
Mrs. Andrews, a resident of Bastrop and a homemaker, passed away Friday, November 2, 2012, at her residence. Mrs. Andrews is a member of North Bastrop Church of God. She will be remembered as being very kind, gentle, and having one of the most loving spirits.
Mrs. Andrews is survived by her husband of 57 years, Nuby Andrews; two sons, Roger Andrews and wife Carmen, Dennis Andrews and wife Darlene; one daughter, Kathy Parrott and husband Ricky; eight grandchildren, Jeremy Andrews, Chris Andrews, Matthew Andrews, Michael Andrews, Daniel Andrews, Heather Perkins, Jennifer Andrews, Nolan Parrott; six step-grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one brother, Ken Mosley and wife Brenda; two sisters, Gloria Mosley, Sandy Groce and husband Vernon; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers are Jeremy Andrews, Chris Andrews, Matthew Andrews, Johnny McVoy, Jared McVoy, and Phillip Fuller. Nolan Parrott will serve as a junior pallbearer.
