To the family of this wonderfull woman. I cannot express my sorrow at hearing of the lose of your loved one. She will be deeply missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing her. My children and I remember Mrs. Johnny as a beloved friend and leader at church and it will never quite be the same without our Mrs. Johnnie. I wish I could have made the funeral to say good-bye but woke up the morning sick.s

I want to express my deepest condolences for the family of Aunt Johnnie. She was an amazing woman and I loved her dearly. I was so lucky to spend some time with her Last year at Thanksgiving and so pleased that she got to meet my little boy. I will always remember her singing in church and the many trips to her house, before and after the death of Uncle Dub.

Dotty Kay, I am so sorry to hear about cousin Johnny's passing. She was such a sweet and wonderful person. There are so many memories I have of her, the home where you grew up and all the childhood memories will always be in my mind. She had a good life and so many people loved her. Dottie: Your mother was a lovely woman and she lived out her faith. She lived a long life because of God's promise that those who honor their father and their mother will have the blessing of a long life. And hers has truly only begun! May God fill your heart with precious memories of your times together.

Dottie, I am not going to say I am sorry about the passing of your wonderful mother for I know she has only gone home. I idolized Ms. Johnnie from the first time I met her which was some 60 something years ago. She taught me in Sunday School and I also remember that I loved spending the night with you because she was so much fun to be around. My earliest memories were of her wearing those really high heels which have made it back around in the fashion world. Just remember all the good times spent with her and cherish those memories. Since I have relocated to South Louisiana, I will not be able to attend the funeral but just know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Love Joyce

To my longtime sweet friend, Dottie. I'm sorry for the loss of your Mom but I'm glad to know she is out of pain and is at rest in a much better place. You have been a faithful, loving daughter and you should have no regrets. Also Eddie has been a very loving, understanding and supportive "son" to your Mom. May God grant you peace in what is still a most difficult time in your life. Remember what I've told you. Love to you and your family.
