Obituary of Lilly Arant

Funeral services for Mrs. Lilly Arant, of Bastrop, LA are scheduled for 2 PM Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at Trinity Assembly of God Church with Rev. Kenneth Pack officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Arant passed away Sunday, December 23, 2012. She loved her church family and was part of the Grief Counseling Group. She also loved her dog "Kia". She is survived by her husband, James "Jimmy" Arant; daughter, Deborah Batson and husband Gordon of Monroe, LA; son, Michael Remagen and wife Darlene of Byron, MI; step daughters, Cynthia Edwards and husband Tim of Port Orchard, WA, Deneen Arant of Bastrop, LA; step son, James Arthur Arant of Monroe, LA; sister, Patricia Nailing of MO; brothers, Bill Hill, David Hill, both of Paragould, AR; grandchildren, Eric Batson, Steven Klimm, Andrea Remagen and Katie Remagen; one great granddaughter, Christian Klimm. Mrs. Arant is preceded in death by parents, Willie and Deloy Hill; brother, Bud Hill and sister, Annette Sisk. Pallbearers will be; Bill Hill, David Hill, Tony Hill, David Lavern Hill, James Morgan and Clarence Lowe. Honorary pallbearer will Ivan Hill. Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 26, 2012 from 10 AM - 2 PM service time at Trinity Assembly of God Church.
