Obituary of William O. "Bill" Windham

Memorial services for Mr. William O. "Bill" Windham, 60, of Sterlington, LA are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, April 7, 2007 at the American Legion Hall Post #51 in Bastrop. Mr. Windham, a retired mechanic and member of the American Legion, passed away March 28, 2007 at his residence. He served in U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Windham; three daughters, Laurel Windham of Bosco, LA, Anita Barr and husband Alan of Choudrant, LA, Teri Windham of Clarks, LA; two step children, Mitch Craig of Haile, LA, Kelly Blakely of Sterlington, LA; sister, Mildred Waganon of Ruston, LA; brother, Larry Windham of Rayville, LA; eight grandchildren and a special friend, Sammie White. Mr. Windham is preceded in death by his parents, James Oswald and Edna Elizabeth Windham and a brother, James Windham.
