Obituary of Brenda Lee

Funeral services for Mrs. Brenda Lee, age 72, of Bastrop formerly of Crossett and Glenwood, AR, are scheduled for 10 AM Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at Golden Funeral Home with Rev. L.H. McCollough officiating. Interment will follow in Pinewood Memorial Cemetery, Crossett, AR. Visitation will be Monday from 5 PM until 8 PM at Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Lee was a member of Beech Street Baptist Church and the Crossett Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She also loved playing the piano by ear. She is survived by her mother, Euna Gaddy of Little Rock, AR; her daughters, Teri Lee of Bastrop, LA, Robin Ziegler and husband Devon of Glenwood, AR; her son, James "Jimbo" Lee, Jr. and wife Sandra of Glenwood, AR; her sister, Sheila Carothers and husband Joe of West Monroe, LA; her brother, Ron Carter and wife Brenda of Little Rock, AR; her grandchildren, Shane Lee, Shaun West and wife Tessa, Stormy West, Brad West and wife Stephanie, Jarrod Harrington, Neelie Lee, Natalie Bowen and husband Tim, Justin Bean and wife Krystina, Nikita Allen and husband Josh; her 11 great grandchildren, and her special dog Pansy. Brenda is preceded in death by her husband James "Coot" Lee; her father, Murry Carter; her step-father, Harold Gaddy. Serving as pallbearers will be Shaun West, Brad West, Shane Lee, Jarrod Harrington, Scott Carothers, and Dean Porter. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Cherry Ridge Skilled Nursing Facility, Premier Hospice, Dr. John Coats, and Dr. Scott Barron.
