Funeral service for Mr. Richard Jeter, age 62, of Bastrop, LA are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 28, 2005 at Golden Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Allan Eppinette officiating. Interment will follow in Mer Rouge Cemetery.
Mr. Jeter, a retired route salesman for Louisiana Periodicals, passed away Sunday, September 25, 2005 at Morehouse General Hospital.
He is survived by a daughter, Deanna Jeter Govea and husband Mark of Monroe, LA; three brothers, Bobby Jeter of Texarkana, Tx, Luther Jeter and wife Juanita of Jacksonville, TX, Coy Jeter and wife Barbara of Texarkana, TX; five grandchildren, Cynthia Bradley, Eva Bradley, Jerred Lacefield, Jamie Smith, Brianne Asher and 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, September 27, 2005 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Golden Funeral Home.
