Obituary of Bobby R. Lee

Funeral services for Mr. Bobby R. Lee, age 61, of Bastrop, LA are scheduled for 10 AM Friday, April 19, 2013 at Riverside Baptist Church with Pastors Stewart Bedillion and Marion Spence officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Mr. Lee, retired employee of 25 years from the Berry Company, a division of AT&T, passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2013. He was a member of Riverside Baptist Church and was a Harley motorcycle enthusiast, spending countless hours on his "yella bird". Mr. Lee was outgoing and had a love for life and people. He kept his family and friends close to his heart and he had an amazing circle of friends. Mr. Lee was a true "fish commander", hunter and master gardner of This'll Dew Hill. He also served his country as a SGT. E-5 First Calvary Division from 1971- 1977. He is survived by his wife, Anita Lee; father, C.R. "Charles" Lee of Bastrop, LA; children, Spence Lee and wife Susan of Monroe, LA, Justin Lee, Cassie Lee, both of Pineville, LA; sisters, Linda Bayless and husband Eddie of Bastrop, LA, Tracy Bagby and husband Carlus of Bastrop, LA; brother, Chris Lee and wife Judy of DeWitt, AR; grandchildren, Addison Lee, Brayden Lee and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Lee is preceded in death by his mother, Cammie Lee; sisters, Melba Lee, Regina Lee and step-daughter, Torie Stockton. Pallbearers will be; Mike Stratton, Bill Black, Andy Robertson, Jack Gaston, Kenneth Napoli, Mike Hinton, Roy Burns and David Denton. The family requests that all memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Home in Memphis, TN. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 18, 2013 from 5 PM - 8 PM at Riverside Baptist Church.
