Obituary of John Michael Harrison

Funeral services for Mr. John Michael Harrison will be Monday, April 22 at 2 PM at the Tillou Baptist Church with Rev. Doug Edwards and Rev. Andy Myrick officiating. Interment will follow at the Tillou Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Michael, a resident of Bastrop, passed away Friday, April 19, 2013.
Michael is preceded in death by his grandfathers Troy Bryan and Bealie Harrison.
He is survived by his wife Tina Roan Harrison; father Bo Harrison and mother Gail Harrison; children Holden Harrison, Madisen Wood and Carson Harrison; grandparents Betty Sue Bryan and Mildred Harrison; sister Tonya Turner and husband Clint; sister-in-law Tammy Trichell; and nieces and nephews Chase Turner, Molly Turner, Austin Trichell and Maci Trichell.
Michael loved his family dearly and was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Serving as pallbearers will be Todd Starks, Chad Wilson, Chris Johnson, Willie Kelly, Lane Warner, Clay Starks, and Dusty Shockey. Honorary pallbearers will be Keith Shockey, Jeff Maxwell, Jr., Jake Maxwell, Josh Maxwell, Nicholas Johnson, and Matthew Campbell.
The family will receive friends at the Tillou Baptist Church (19242 Cain Road) on Sunday April 21 beginning at 5 PM.
