Obituary of Reatha Mildred Marsh Brown

Funeral services for Reatha Mildred Marsh Brown of Sheridan, AR, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday October 19, 2005 at Jones Pentecostal Church in Jones, LA, with Rev. J.P. Parker officiating. Burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Monday October 17, 2005 from 4-7 p.m. at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home in Sheridan, AR, and Tuesday October 18, 2005 from 1-7 p.m. at Jones Pentecostal Church in Jones, LA. Mrs. Brown was born May 23, 1936, in Dabney, AR, the daughter of the late Odie and Eular Melissa Pruitt Marsh. She died at her home in Sheridan, AR, on October 16, 2005 at the age of 69. She was a home interior consultant for Allen Products of Garland, TX, and a member of Calvary Pentecostal Church of Sheridan, AR. She is survived by her husband, Jessie Brown; two sons, Charles Brown & wife Amy of White Hall, AR, and Andy Brown & wife Tina of Sheridan, AR; Two daughters, Carolyn Bryant of Sheridan, AR, and Wendy Dorsey & husband Paul of Sheridan, AR; brother, Clyde Marsh & wife Earlene of Bonita, LA; 18 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren. The family would like to thank the Baptist Hospice Staff; Linda Lawhorn-Hospice Nurse; the 10th Floor Baptist Hospital Staff and Dr. Patel for their support and kindness.
