Obituary of Wendy Gail Rawls Westbrooks

Funeral services for Wendy Gail Rawls Westbrooks, 36, of Columbia, La., formerly of Bastrop, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 19, 2005 at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Bonita Road Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Westbrooks, a homemaker and member of Grayson Baptist Church passed away Saturday, October 15, 2005 at her residence. She was very active in school activities at the Columbia Elemetary School. She is survived by her husband, P.J. Westbrooks; two children, Lillian Gail Westbrooks and Brandt Edward Westbrooks both Columbia, LA; parents, Edward A. Rawls and Marge H. Rawls of Bastrop, LA; grandparents, Mrs. Nolan Rawls of Bastrop, LA. and Roland Pruitt of Shreveport, LA.; father in-law and mother in-law, Raymond and Jean Westbrooks of Olla, LA; sister in law, Teresa Ainsworth of Enterprise, LA; aunts and uncles, Brenda Levinson of Shreveport, LA., Albert and Jamie Rawls of Bastrop, LA and Bob and Beverly Anderson of Bastrop, LA. Mrs. Westbrooks is preceded in death by her mother, Donna Gail Rawls; sister, Carol Ann Rawls, grandfather, A.N. Rawls and grandmother, Nell Pruitt. Servivng as pallbearers are: Jimmy Joiner, Ricky Humphries, Clay Anderson, Rob Anderson, Jason Rawls, Jeff Ainsworth, Al Rawls III and Connor Ainsworth. Honorary pallbearer is Todd Rainbolt. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Tuesday, October 18, 2005 at Golden Funeral Home.
