Obituary of Pearlee Pardon Skains

Funeral services for Pearlee Pardon Braswell Skains, 87, of Bastrop will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 19, 2005 at Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Reid officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-9 p.m. Tuesday, October 18, 2005 at Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Skains is survived by one son, Calvin Braswell and wife Betty of West Monroe; four daughters, Bobbie Allen of Andrew, TX, Mary Wafe and husband Bobby of Purdon, TX, Martha Clingen and husband George of Monroe, and Francis Bolton of Bastrop; one sister, Elgie Case of Monroe; six brothers, Isaiah Pardon, Odell Pardon, Otis Pardon, Earl Pardon, and Floyd Pardon, all of Oak Grove, and L.D. Pardon of Monroe; 19 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren; and 15 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Pearlie Pardon; a brother, Melton Pardon; a sister, Lois Dell Watkins; and a son, Bill Braswell. Memorials may be made to Premier Hospice, 110 W.
