Obituary of Hilda Mae Hunt

Funeral services for Mrs. Hilda Mae Wallace Hunt, 86, of Niceville, FL are scheduled for 10 AM Saturday, April 5, 2008 at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Cal Adams officiating. Interment will follow in Christ Church Cemetery. Mrs. Hunt was born in Bastrop on May 6, 1921. She graduated from Bastrop High School in 1938 and married Ralph Hunt that same year. The family moved to Pine Bluff in 1957 and remained there for over 50 years. She was a member of East Side Baptist Church in Pine Bluff, AR.She passed away on March 31, 2008 in Niceville, FL where she had lived for the past year. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Judy Barnett of Niceville, FL; son, Wally Hunt and wife Sherry of Pine Bluff, AR; sister, Delphia Hoff of Bastrop, LA; grandchildren, Robin Davidson and husband Ben of Milton, FL, Amanda Kay Schneider and husband Brad of Niceville, FL, Melissa Daniel and husband Tom of Little Rock, AR, Kristi Simpson and husband Tom of Pine Bluff, AR; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Hunt; parents, Bob and Lola Wallace; daughters, Amy Hunt Allison, Loru Hunt; son, "Tooney" Hunt; sisters, Dena Hall, Katie Lee Price and brother, Bobby Wallace. Deacons of Cherry Ridge Baptist Church will serve as pallbearers.
