Funeral services for Mr. Jimmy L. Folden, Sr., 51, of Mer Rouge, LA are scheduled for 4 PM Saturday, April 5, 2008 at Tillou Baptist Chruch with Rev. Doug Edwards officiating. Interment will follow in the Causey Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 5 PM until 9 PM Friday at the church.
Mr. Folden was born April 15, 1956 and passed away Tuesday April 1, 2008 in Shreveport, LA. He was a farmer and a member of Bonne Idee Assembly of God Church in Mer Rouge.
Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Jeanette Folden; two sons, Jimmy Folden, Jr., of Mer Rouge, LA and Marcus Lynn Folden of Delhi, LA; and one step brother, Bobby Hudson of Bastrop, LA.
Mr. Folden is prededed in death by his parents, Robert Folden and Ophelia Folden, one sister, Dianne Folden and one brother, Bruce Folden.
